↓ Let us know your name, your address, your age, dates to use and what kind of motorcycle you would like to rent.
↓ We will let you know how to reserve one and pay for the reservation.
②Deposit for reserving the motorcycle.
↓ Please pay \5,000 which is a part of the total rental cost either at our shop or deposit it into our account.
↓ After our confirmation of your payment we will be ready to make an actual contract.
③Start using the motorcycle
We would like you to read the agreement in the contract of the rental motorcycle.
If you are satisfied with the agreement and the usage of the motorcycle, please pay the total fee, minus \5,000 you were previously charged.

・Credit Card
The motorcycle itself is not insured.
In case of damage made to the vehicle by some reason, we will take a look at the possibility of payments.
If you make a reservation by phone, we will ask you to give us your driver’s license number and credit card number.
Return it with a full tank of regular gasoline. (You will receive the motorcycle with a full tank of gasoline when you receive it.)
Consult us about what type of gasoline to use for foreign motorcycles and please make sure to use regular gasoline for Japanese motorcycles.
Reserving fee of \5,000 is converted to a cancellation fee.
You can not leave the motorcycle anywhere but our facility. And we won’t deliver the motorcycle.
We can search for any specific motorcycle you would like only if you request it more than one week in advance before your use.
Coverage for bodily injury liability

The rental motorcycle is not covered by insurance if it is stolen, so the renter is expected to be reliable for a stolen motorcycle.
The motorcycle itself is not insured; therefore, the renter is reliable for recovering the condition of it in case of an accident.
Insurance won’t cover if renter useｓ motorcycle under the circumstances listed below.
・If the renter negotiates with other party at the accident site → Please do not deal with other party.
・If the renter breaks the rules of this contract. → Driving under the influence, extension of rental terms without properly notifying us, also letting another person use the motorcycle other than the contract person or leasing the motorcycle to others.
・If the renter fails to report an accident → No matter how large or small the dent or scratch is and no matter who is involved the other party or not, please notify the police AND our company.
・If the renter fails to use and take proper care of the motorcycle → If you leave the key in the motorcycle and it is stolen or is intentionally damaged, our insurance won’t cover it.
・We can not rent a motorcycle to any person under the age of 21.
・Please consult with us when you want to return the motorcycle at the time of contract. We can not rent a motorcycle during our scheduled days-off and emergency days-off.
・The renter is responsible for an accident since the motorcycle itself is not insured.
・Because it is not insured for theft, it is the renter’s responsibility for the theft.
・The renter can not drive in any other places other than Japan.
The renter is solely responsible for this violation.
Please report to the authorities by the specified date and pay the fine.
(When the renter returns the motorcycle we may take a photo copy of receipt and other paperwork.)
Our associated groups will refuse to rent a motorcycle in the future if the renter violates parking and fails to report by the returning date.
We expect the renter to pay for any inconvenience that we may suffer if we are not to be able to use the motorcycle for our business because the renter fails to return the motorcycle by the specified date.
The renter is expected to pay for transporting the motorcycle because of any parking violation and other expenses.
Please read the contract and sign ONLY if you are agree with the contract.
When the renter signs for the contract, we assume that the renter agrees with the contract.When the renter uses our motorcycles we ask the renter to present a credit card.
This is for our assurance in case the renter fails to pay for damage, theft and also fails to return the motorcycle in the same condition as it was handed to the renter at the start of the contract..
Therefore, when the renter returns the motorcycle as expected, this copy of the credit card will be properly destroyed..
・ The renter is not allowed for others to use or purchase the motorcycle.
・ The renter is not allowed to use the motorcycle for racing, testing or modifying.
・ The renter is not allowed to modify the motorcycle.
・ The renter is not allowed to use the motorcycle for commercial or profit.
Additionally items below are prohibited.
Driving for races, on a racing track, construction site and off road.
Allowing others to drive it.
Parking on the road. ( Please use only parking areas.)
In case of theft or traffic accident please proceed with action below. Otherwise our insurance can not cover the accident.
1. Trying to save the injured.
2. Reporting to police.
3. Recognition of other party.
4. After completing the notification to both our company and police proceed to
the action to obtain proof of traffic accident.
Please do not negotiate with another party at the accident site. Our insurance may not cover the accident.
The rental contract is terminated when an accident occurs. Even if the rental term remains we cannot make a refund for the remaining days.
In case of accident we charge as below. (If the accident is not totally caused by your fault, you are not required to pay.)
For moped 20,000 yen. For other two wheel 40,000 yen.
Our insurance does not have coverage for theft.
If unfortunately the vehicle is stolen we require you to pay the value of the vehicle which it holds at that time.
Please be careful not to let it be stolen.
PLEASE REPORT TO THE POLICE AND OUR COMPANY IMMEDIATELY IF THE MOTORCYCLE IS UNFORTUNATELY STOLEN !
